By downloading or using CS PDF Scanner, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. Description of Service

CS PDF Scanner is an offline-first mobile document scanning application. It allows you to scan documents, images, and save them as PDFs or JPEGs locally on your device.

3. Data Storage & Permanent Loss Warning

Offline Local Storage: All documents generated or stored in the app are kept exclusively on your mobile device. We do not provide cloud backup or server-side synchronization.

No Data Recovery: You acknowledge and agree that if you delete the app, reset your device, or if your device is lost/damaged, all data within the app will be permanently lost. CS PDF Scanner is not responsible for any data loss and cannot recover your files under any circumstances.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

CS PDF Scanner offers premium features via in-app subscriptions. Billing and management of these subscriptions are handled exclusively by Apple Inc. via the App Store. Your subscription is subject to the App Store’s standard terms and conditions.

5. Advertising & Third-Party SDKs

The app may contain advertisements and use third-party SDKs for advertising and Mobile Measurement (MMP). By using the app, you consent to the operations of these third-party services in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Use License

Permission is granted to use CS PDF Scanner for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the application.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CS PDF Scanner (registered in India) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the app, including but not limited to document loss or device damage.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of India.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
